- Payment Options: We accept all major credit cards. We offer easy purchase order payment options with Visa, MC, American Express or check.
- For Online Purchase Orders: Send in your order through KazooToys.com and remember to add your Federal Tax ID number in the "Comments" field.
- For Faxing Purchase Orders: If you want to fax in a purchase order and receive an invoice for payment with net 30 terms, please fax us a copy of the purchase order on your school purchase order form to 303-322-0783. The purchase order needs to include the billing and shipping addresses, contact name, phone number, fax number, purchase order number, and the Federal Tax ID Number. In addition, please include the item number and quantity for each item ordered, as well as the estimated shipping costs based on your order total. We will ship the order in 1-2 business days upon receipt of your purchase order and we will send an invoice in your shipment. We will contact you when we receive your purchase order to confirm the order and any additional details.

- Group Sales Return Policy:
When purchasing from our Purchase Order Department, please note the following points:
* We gladly accept all returns. A 25% restocking fee will be charged to all group sales returns.
* You must contact the Purchase Order Department in order to make a return at 1-800-257-0008. Once your return is approved, the Purchase Order Department will provide a return authorization code. This code must accompany the returned merchandise.
* All returned items must be in salable condition.
* Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return of product.
