NILO WOODEN TABLE Nilo Wooden Tables started out of a garage in 1993 when president Nile Ernst couldn't find a suitable multiuse table for his two children. He created a great wooden table with a large surface area, a lip to keep the toys in and those famous holes around the side of the Nilo playtable. The Nilo table created a stir and in the first year Ernst built 40 Nilo tables for Christmas alone. He eventually quit his job and became a carpenter full time.
