Kazoo & Company offers a 15 day, money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are unhappy with an item, you may return it for a full refund providing the toy has not been played with and is in its original box. To receive a refund, you must include your name, address, and phone number along with the original receipt. Your item(s) must be returned within 15 calendar days of your original order arriving. All items must be in their new, unused condition and returned in original packaging. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
NOTE: You will be responsible for the actual cost of shipping both ways.
Please inspect all packages promptly. Any damage must be reported within 14 days for a claim with UPS to be made and a new part/item shipped. If an item is damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately and save all packing materials.
We cannot process a claim after the 14 day time frame for damage claims. It is your responsibility to open and inspect all merchandise UPON RECEIPT to insure no damage has occurred.
We cannot be responsible for delays in shipping due to weather or other UPS delays.
