Our warehouse staff picks and packs orders every day, carefully handling and thoroughly packaging each shipment.
We strive to ensure all products meet high quality standards and are packed carefully to minimize the chance that your product would arrive in less than perfect condition. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full merchandise store credit or a merchandise refund (less restocking fee)within 15 days. If you would like to return a product, please visit our returns policy page for return address and information. Refunds can be issued only to the original credit card that the order was placed with. We also regret that we cannot accept the return of customized or special-order merchandise.
Ship the item using an insured or trackable carrier to: Kazootoys, 2930 East Second Avenue, Denver, CO 80206. Your item(s) must be returned within 15 calendar days of your original order arriving. All items must be in their new, unused condition and returned in original packaging. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. NOTE: You will be responsible for the actual cost of shipping both ways.
