SHIPPING INFORMATION

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship UPS and USPS to all destinations in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and the world. We ship via USPS to APO, FPO, and P.O. boxes to all destinations around the world. Your order tracking e-mail confirmation informs you of your type of shipment and a tracking number.


UPS GROUND
We generally ship items the next business day so orders are received within 3 to 6 business days. We utilize different shipping carriers based upon the weight and size of the shipment for your convenience. Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. (MST) will go out with the next business day.

UPS 2nd DAY AIR
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (MST) will go out with the next business day.
Packages will arrive two days after their ship date, excluding weekends and holidays.


WEEKENDS
Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays unless the customer specifies a "Weekend Delivery" which costs an additional $12.00 per package.

ALASKA & HAWAII
For shipments to Alaska or Hawaii please add $12.00 to the standard shipping charge.


MILITARY ADDRESSES
Packages sent to APO and FPO addresses are shipped via USPS on a daily basis.
When placing your order, please include the grade, full name with middle name or initial, the PSC number, unit number, or ship name of the recipient. Then in the “City” field, please type either APO or FPO; in the “State” field, please select AA (Armed Forces of America), AE (Armed Forces Europe), or AP (Armed Forces Pacific) and then use the appropriate zip code for the location in the “Zip Code” field. Expedited service may be available with a street address for an additional charge. Email us for a shipping quote.


SURCHARGES
Unusually large and heavy items may have additional shipping charges. There will be an additional charge of up to $15.00 added to your shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship outside of the United States on a daily basis. Shipping costs will vary according to the destination and the weight of the package. We ship our international packages by way of UPS or USPS. All international shipments will have a tracking number and that tracking number is sent to you by email. Expedited 2nd day or 3rd day international airs are not available due to the cost. The shipping cost will not show up on your original order, but will be added after the order is received and your shipment is weighed and calculated. Customs duty and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Please email us if you need additional information.

Note: Kazoo & Company is not responsible for shipping delays or problems once a package leaves the United States. Most International deliveries arrive within 8 business days.


DIRECT SHIP ITEMS
In most cases, items with a "DS" after the product sku are items which are shipped directly from the toy manufacturer and require additional time for delivery. Please allow 2-3 days for processing and another 3-7 business days for items to ship.

Direct ship items are shipped UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on the manufacturer. When your item(s) is shipped, we will notify you of the shipping method and provide you with the tracking number in an email so you can track the order. Direct ship items are not shipped from our warehouse so therefore we are unable to gift wrap these items.



Holiday Ordering Deadlines For U.S. Shipments
Christmas falls on Friday, December 25th. The first day of Hanukkah is Friday, December 11th. Please keep in mind our Holiday shipping policies to insure gifts arrive on time. Arrival before winter holidays depends on standard UPS delivery time to your destination.

Christmas Shipping
Please follow the ordering dates below to insure your gifts arrive by December 24. Shipping options apply to in-stock merchandise shipped to physical addresses within the United States by UPS. Adjust appropriately for your location or destination issues.

  • December 18 - Last day to order using Standard Ground Delivery
  • December 21 - Last day to order using 2nd Day Air
  • December 22 - Last day to order using Overnight Delivery

    Hanukkah Shipping

    CANCELLATIONS

    If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us immediately at 1-800-257-0008. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped or at the warehouse. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns.

    RETURNS

    Kazoo & Company offers a 15 day, money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are unhappy with an item, you may return it for a full refund providing the toy has not been played with and is in its original box. To receive a refund, you must include your name, address, and phone number along with the original receipt. Your item(s) must be returned within 15 calendar days of your original order arriving. All items must be in their new, unused condition and returned in original packaging. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

    DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

    Please inspect all packages promptly. Any damage must be reported within 14 days for a claim with UPS to be made and a new part/item shipped. If an item is damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately and save all packing materials. Return Form Click to print. Must Have Microsoft Word or be able to support .doc extension.

    We cannot process a claim after the 14 day time frame for damage claims. It is your responsibility to open and inspect all merchandise UPON RECEIPT to insure no damage has occurred.

    We cannot be responsible for delays in shipping due to weather or other UPS delays.

    SALES TAX

    If the destination of your package is within the City and County of Denver, a 7.2% sales tax will be included on your order.
    If the destination of your package is outside the City of Denver, but within the immediate region served by RTD transportation, a 3.7% sales tax will be included on your order.
    If the destination of your package is outside of the Denver area, but within the state of Colorado, a 2.9% sales tax will be included on your order.
    If the destination of your package is outside the state of Colorado, no sales tax will be charged.


    OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

    1. Please call 1-800-257-0008 if you wish to make sure that the items you are ordering are in stock. Thanks to our loyal Denver customers, many toys are leaving our store on an hourly basis. Therefore, an item may be out of stock even though it does not say so on the webpage. Thanks for your understanding. Our stock changes very quickly.

    2. If you place an order that contains an out-of-stock item, it is our policy to go ahead and ship the in-stocks items immediately. We will then ship the back-ordered items as soon as they arrive in our store.


    SECURE ONLINE ORDERING

    All of our orders are processed through secure shopping cart services provided by Yahoo Store Services. We use industry standard SSL encryption to scramble credit card information between the customer web browser and the Yahoo server. All credit card information will be deleted from the database within 30 days.
