When I received my merchandise, I had to open the toys and try them. I think my 3 grandchildren will love the bug glasses. I also called the company and the customer service was super. She was helpful and the merchandise came earlier than expected. Thanks to Kazoo toys. .... 12/02/07

A really fun selection of toys that are not readily available elsewhere (at least in my area). One item I ordered could not be fulfilled- they said due to a problem w/ the manufacturer- and that part of the order was cancelled. I was disappointed by this, BUT did get a phone call by a REAL PERSON explaining the problem. Good customer service... 09/12/07

Great Company! The product I ordered was not available, so someone called me to recommend a substitute item for this gift, which was a big hit. The substitute item was less expensive, so Kazoo used the difference to do a 3-day shipping option, so that the gift arrived in time. Outstanding customer service!

They also delivered this holiday gift for me to my nephews northern home gift wrapped with a personal note from myself and it arrived way ahead of schedule - as his mom already let me know.
