I was looking for a fun toy but it had to beade of safe material.I did not want my grandchild exposed to chemicals that could be harmfull to him. I had found the pink stroller on a different website, which liisted Kazoo as the seller. I decided to go to Kazoo.com..and I fell in love with it! I have told many friends about it! I ordered two strollers for our twin grandchildren; one in pink and one in blue. They are adorable..easy to use, arrived VERY quickly. I couldn't be happier with my order from Kazoo..and I will be ordering from there again!.... 9/15/09

It's very easy to maneuver through the website. I called the 800 number for information about two dolls on the site, including one I had seen locally (at a 50% higher price). Doris told me all about the dolls and asked about the child for whom I was purchasing the gift. She recommended neither doll and suggested a third, and explained why. I took her advice and I'm tickled I did. I've since seen the three dolls at a local store and Doris was right. The two I had considered were appropriate for a younger child, and the one she recommended is the right size for a 12-month-old, and it has a "cuddly body" (i.e., filled with small beads), is washable, has clothes that can be removed (the smaller dolls' clothing was attached), and has wardrobe pieces that can be purchased separately. I have subsequently called to see if Kazoo had another toy not pictured on the website. The woman with whom I spoke was equally helpful and friendly, and again Kazoo's price was the best I had s! een. I will DEFINITELY shop at Kazoo in the future. .... 8/08/09

This is 3rd time I have ordered from this merchant for my grandchildren. Have found items they wanted that were not available in local "chain Toy stores" and it saved me time having to try and check out speciality shops. Prices were comparable, even cheaper sometimes. I ordered ten packs of the eeBoo Go Fish cards for party favors. I got them at an incredible price...by far the cheapest online or in the stores. I wanted even more, but the maximum the website would allow me to order was ten. I called customoer service and they told me they only had nine in stock, which I thought was a little strange since I purchased ten online. They said they would refund the one pack -- which I still need to verify was done. The cards arrived quickly and were in perfect condition. I would order even more if they had them. Recently I was doing researching special education toys for a web site I am working on when I came across Kazoo Toys. I looked at the pages and purchased two items (order#83943), ABC Game by Educational Insights and I Never Forget A Face Memory and Match Game by eeBoo. As a mother of a special needs 18 year old, and one with auditory and visual difficulties, I was skeptical about the quality as I had no luck lately with the quality of items I purchased from other sites. What a surprise when I opened the box! These two items are fantastic for two reason. First, he quality is great-the cards are sturdy and large enough to help a special needs person understand comfortably what they are holding. Second, the concept of each toy is engaging and the photo and artwork, especially that by Lizzie Rockwell, amazingly beautiful. Thanks,thanks, thanks for having these items in your inventory. I love Kazoo Toys. They have the best prices, a huge selection of the most creative, educational, high quality toys, including toys for special needs (sensory, autism), and reasonable shipping costs. I usually receive my orders within a week. I keep coming back because they are such a great resource for cool toys that you can't find at big box stores and their toys are such a refreshing break from the same licensed "stuff" every kid has and that isn't unique or interesting. (The usual Barbie, Disney Princesses, Spiderman, whatever character is being currently hawked by the company selling it). Those junky, useless and soon forgotten products are just marketed to kids with nothing but profit in mind. Kazoo Toys has games and toys that make kids think and use their own imagination and really play and I love that. Their toys will be played with and enjoyed for years and passed down to younger siblings due to their high quality and their unending ideas for play. They aren't a one season fad. This is one of my favorite toy stores and I will keep coming back and highly recommend it. .... 4/22/09

Even adding on shipping, Kazoo had the lowest price I had found by at least $25. I caught the Calico Critters dollhouse on sale and was so excited! They shipped on time and it arrived exactly when they promised. Admittedly, I got a little nervous about it making on time, so I called to make sure it had shipped and they were very helpful. Great Company! The product I ordered was not available, so someone called me to recommend a substitute item for this gift, which was a big hit. The substitute item was less expensive, so Kazoo used the difference to do a 3-day shipping option, so that the gift arrived in time. Outstanding customer service!

They also delivered this holiday gift for me to my nephews northern home gift wrapped with a personal note from myself and it arrived way ahead of schedule - as his mom already let me know.
